How to enable them to get the best out of communication, business-wise as well as private? How to enable them to improve relationships? ExtraMile offers a licensed training to become a Professional Communications Trainer. This training is meant for people who are starting this profession and for people who are already working as a trainer.

About the training

The training to become a Professional Communications Trainer consists of three modules. Prior to participation an interview takes place with the head trainer.

Module 1 – Basic module for Professional Communications Trainer

You will be trained to become a trainer of a 1-day training Communicating in Style. Within this module you will learn to recognize and apply the communication styles and we cover basic trainer skills.

Module 2 – Follow up trajectory for Trainer of 2-day programs

Next to becoming a training of the 1-day training Communicating in Style you will be trained to become trainer of more comprehensive 2-day programs.

The 2-day programs are supplemented with modules such as:

• Handling disappointments
• Giving feedback without disappointing the other person
• The function of having expectations
• Clarifying expectations
• Taking into account your own cases

Module 3 – Follow up trajectory for Trainer of 3-day programs

This is a trajectory that is aimed at trainership for 3-day programs. A third day is added with modules about how to stay in control during challenging conversations and preventing and solving conflicts.
